These guidelines have been established to help ensure your stay is safe and enjoyable. Following these rules will help maintain the park's peaceful atmosphere and offer your neighbors the same courtesy extended to you.

Check In/Check Out

• Check in is 1 PM 

• Check out is Noon

• Please call (912) 278-2558 to check in and out.

Utilities – Water, Electric, Internet, Sewer

• All sites offer 30 and 50AMP connections.

• Please use a water pressure reducer as needed.  

• Very fast WIFI Internet is available to all guests without charge. 

• State Law requires proper use of sewer connections. Please use septic system friendly toilet paper.​

Drive Slow

• Please drive slowly to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Quiet Hours 9PM—8AM

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM in the Winter (Nov 1st—Feb 28th) and 10 PM to 8 AM (March 1st—Oct 31).​

Parking

• All sites are spacious to accommodate your RV and automobile. Please park your automobile at your assigned site. Additional vehicles, such as boats, trailers, and other automobiles must be parked at your assigned site and not in the way of traffic flow. ​

Pets

• Please pick up all your pet’s waste, whether at your site or elsewhere in the park.

• Please abide by the two pet limit.

• Pets may not be left unattended outside.

• Pets must be leashed, quiet, and nonaggressive.

Other Rules​​​

• No open fires.  

• No fireworks.

• Please refrain from washing vehicles on-site.

• No discharge of firearms or weapons of any kind.

• Please help us keep our park natural and beautiful. 

• Please place all trash in plastic bags and place them in the dumpster.

• Advance permission is required for any repairs other than changing a flat tire or jumping a battery.

• Please keep your site clean. Parties, cookouts, and gatherings must be done quietly, observing quiet hours and other rules.

Monthly Residents​

• Regular monthly fees are due on the anniversary date of the month's reservation. Two days grace are given. A $10 per day late fee will be assessed on the 3rd day after the due date.

• All monthly stay RVs must be in good condition.

The legal entities associated with Pecans and Pines RV Park assume no responsibility for injury, accidents, thefts, or losses from any cause including loss of personal property and from accidents of any nature. We want all our guests to feel safe; therefore, any illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement. Violation of any rule stated above may result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund. Once a guest leaves the park, even if evicted, we have the right to have any vehicle, RV, or trailer removed, and the guest shall be responsible for any and all storage costs associated with such removal.
